Administrative Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling phone calls and emails
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Process expense reports and invoices
Handle customer service inquiries
Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
Assist with special projects and other People Operations duties as assigned.
Administrative Support Specialist Qualifications:
High School Diploma
1-2 years of administrative experience or a related area
Demonstrated ability to work effectively, providing high quality support, both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
