We are in need of a Clerical Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks around our office. In this position, you will answer phones, maintain our calendars and file systems, and handle any invoicing duties. You will also be responsible for scanning important documents and performing data entry. Our ideal applicant has experience as a receptionist, strong phone skills, and familiarity with both office and vendor management software, such as Microsoft Outlook and CyberGRX. Office administration experience that goes beyond reception is also beneficial.
Clerical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls from clients and vendors
Invoice clients and resolve invoices from vendors
Maintain our file system
Keep an office calendar
Serve as the receptionist when guests arrive
Clerical Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED certificate
Strong organization and phone skills
Reception or office administration experience
Computer proficiency
