Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning and Budget Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, calendarized marketing plan to ensure cohesive execution across multiple channels.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and maintain alignment with organizational growth goals.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee the strategy and execution of the brand's social media presence across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand content that supports growth and consumer engagement.
- Partner with agencies and other stakeholders to grow platform performance and ensure audience alignment.
Influencer Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Develop and nurture influencer partnerships to drive product awareness and brand advocacy.
- Execute influencer campaigns, including product seeding, content collaboration, and creative unboxing experiences.
- Leverage user-generated content (UGC) to build community engagement and support key product and retail launches.
Brand Partnerships:
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations with like-minded brands to expand reach and visibility.
Events & Sampling:
- Identify event and sampling opportunities to boost brand awareness.
- Oversee event logistics, including collateral development, to ensure smooth execution and impact.
Retail Marketing:
- Collaborate with sales leadership and agency partners to develop strategies that support retail success across grocery and other key channels.
Performance Reporting:
- Track and report on marketing initiatives, providing performance analysis and actionable insights on a regular basis.
- Share updates on marketing activities to support internal reporting and retailer presentations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the food & beverage or consumer goods industry.
- Proven success in social media management, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
- Experience working with in-house design teams and leveraging UGC for growth.
- Strong expertise in TikTok marketing and influencer strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with experience in event coordination.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to report on marketing performance.
- A hands-on, creative thinker who thrives in collaborative and independent environments.
