Virtual Secretary Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring no conflicts and that all parties are informed.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Ensure all documents are error-free and adhere to company standards.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding promptly or directing them to appropriate individuals.

Virtual Secretary Skills & Qualifications:
