Role
We’re a lean team of two today looking for a Founding Designer to join us as employee #3!
In this role, you will:
- Talk to users to deeply understand their challenges
- Design and craft simple, delightful solutions
- Lead the entire design and creative process
- Collaborate on the product roadmap and strategy
- Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product
- Evolve Finta’s brand identity to align with our mission, product, and values

Compensation
- $140-220k base and 1-5% equity
