This position is pivotal in managing the financial frameworks for several entities, which includes establishing QuickBooks accounts for our primary business and its two affiliates. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining exemplary financial practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee QuickBooks Online accounts for multiple entities, including one primary business and two affiliates.
- Ensure compliance with DCAA guidelines throughout all accounting functions.
- Execute routine bookkeeping duties, such as documenting transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and monitoring expenses.
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee precise, timely, and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and maintain organized financial documentation.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline and optimize financial operations.
Required Skills
- Proven bookkeeping experience, particularly with DCAA regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including strong skills in account setup and ongoing management.
