At Staff4Half, we specialize in connecting exceptional talent with thriving businesses. We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Setter & Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in the beauty and wellness industry.
What You’ll Do:
As part of this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sending friendly reminders to clients in our database about upcoming appointments or promotions.
- Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.
- Keeping our internal CRM system up-to-date with accurate client and appointment information.
- Recommending and selling products to clients, with the opportunity to earn sales bonuses.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks to keep the business running seamlessly.
- Posting engaging content on social media to connect with our audience and showcase our services.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to work with someone who:
- Is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Has a knack for connecting with clients and building relationships.
- Is tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems or willing to learn.
- Has experience in the beauty salon or spa industry (a big plus, but not required).
- Is creative and enjoys social media engagement.
- Has a C1 level of English or higher (required).
