Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand client's brand. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru!

Compensation:
$14 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
- Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
- Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
- Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies
- Assist team with various customer service and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Team player
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must
- Develop new concepts based on input
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing
- Candidate must have Real Estate Experience
- Candidate must be comfortable managing clients
