Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions.
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Comfortable with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software quickly.
