Role: Help desk Analyst
Location: Remote (Need Candidate from Texas only)

Job description:
- Provided desktop/helpdesk support for laptop and PC .
- Responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and installing hardware, software.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Background with Technical Support, customer service representative, CSR, IT support, ServiceDesk, Customer Service, helpdesk, desktop support, deskside, call center is a huge plus.
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile helping customers
- basic networking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High degree of responsibility, commitment and dependability.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
