Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to ONO’s brand and audience for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Create high-quality visual content, including photos, reels, videos, stories, and graphics, that highlight ONO’s flavors, benefits, and brand story.
- Share behind-the-scenes insights, customer testimonials, and educational content to engage and inform the audience.
- Use analytics to refine content for maximum engagement and reach.
Influencer & Community Engagement:
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and agencies to drive brand visibility and trust.
- Organize and track performance and ROI across campaigns
Campaign & Collaboration Management:
- Lead campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.
- Partner with the CEO, creative, and PR teams to align social strategies with overall brand goals.
Performance Analytics:
- Track and analyze social media KPIs, including engagement rates, growth metrics, and conversion rates.
- Generate actionable insights and adapt strategies based on performance data.
Market Insights & Trend Spotting:
- Stay on top of social media trends, wellness industry news, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation and strategy.
- Experience in the food, wellness, or lifestyle industries preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, like to wear multiple hats and knowing not every day is going to be the same
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Proven experience leading influencer campaigns and driving community growth.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with an eye for design and branding.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
