Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of a dynamic cross-disciplinary client account team working on an enterprise digital strategy and web experience across both US. In this role, you will create digital designs for websites, social media campaigns, user interface designs, and more. You will work closely with management and user experience designers on various client projects. This role is not for the ordinary or mediocre – we are seeking a designer that has the ability to produce cutting-edge creative work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality graphic design work in line with brand standards for a global client account that exceeds client expectations
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is a plus
- Manage the quality of the design throughout all phases of the project
- Effectively explain their designs and the decisions behind the creation
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills within our team and with clients
- Has outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Creating a visual design system that will be included within a corporate brand identity and visual standards
- Sourcing and management of stock library assets (e.g. photos, videos, audio, and graphics)
- Detail-oriented and can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to quickly changing schedules and different projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience for the web and mobile
- 3+ years of experience working on visual experience design initiatives for digital products and services
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Experience working with project teams and clients to deliver design assets
- Must have a Design Portfolio
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education Level
Be ready to share your portfolio of great design examples and the process that helped you arrive at those solutions. We are looking for a strong portfolio that includes sensitivity to typography, layout, color, contrast, and information hierarchy. It needs to demonstrate broad concepts down to tiny details.
A 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, HCI or another related field is a plus.
