We are seeking a personal assistant who will be responsible for organizing the manager's daily tasks, managing communication, and carrying out various organizational duties. This role also involves CRM management and data entry. Pacific Time Zone (PT) required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize the manager's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and set reminders.
- Communication Management: Manage emails and phone calls, connect the manager with relevant contacts.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Make reservations for flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare travel itineraries.
- Event and Organization Planning: Organize events the manager will attend, arrange internal and external meetings.
- CRM Management and Data Entry: Enter potential customer contact information in the CRM system, listen to audio recordings related to potential customer meetings and transcribe all relevant information (meeting details, personal notes, etc.), and plan reminders and follow-up tasks for the manager.
- Confidential Information Management: Ensure the security of sensitive information and adhere to confidentiality policies.

- Financial Management: Track invoices, arrange payments, and handle budget planning.
- Research and Information Gathering: Conduct research on specific topics, gather information needed by the manager.
- Document and Report Preparation: Prepare presentations and reports, and create updates related to projects.
- Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of projects and prepare necessary reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
