This role is located on site, Monday through Friday, located at 720 Cool Springs Blvd., Franklin, TN.
As the Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant, you will manage as well as, execute a variety of administrative and office support responsibilities.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Provide high-level administrative support and handle information requests
- Manage individual calendars / coordinate meetings and conference room calendars and communications
- Arrange travel, create and submit expense reports
- Order office supplies and meeting essentials
- Greet and check in in guests
- Distribute, as well maintain, an accurate record of visitor badges
- Examine the office space, multiple times daily to ensure all entry doors are closed /secure
- Distribute and send out mail / correspondence and arrange for shipping pick-ups/deliveries
- Answer the main office number, transfer calls and check voicemail through Microsoft Teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role required
- Minimum 3-5 years' expert experience in Microsoft applications required
