We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Representative will handle all front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and assisting with inquiries.

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the facility
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
