- Collaborate with the Registration Manager and Centralized Scheduling Manager for daily operations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
- Ability to maintain accuracy in registration processes related to the revenue cycle
- Strong communication skills to effectively handle a high volume of calls
- Adherence to the employer's attendance policy
