Fabiola De Armas P.A. is a small and fast-growing Latina-owned law firm based in Miami, FL that takes a client-first approach to estate planning and probate.
The Legal Receptionist will serve as the firm’s primary point of contact with the public. The Receptionist will be responsible for accepting incoming calls from Clients and Leads, as well as for following up with Clients and Leads routinely and in a timely manner, all while maintaining detailed call and communication records.
In addition, the Legal Receptionist will assist in scheduling meetings through Calendly between the Attorney and Leads and Clients, including Consultations, Draft Review and Witnessing Meetings, and other meetings and phone calls on behalf of the Attorney and/or the Firm members.
The Legal Receptionist will also assist in maintaining Client and Lead cases utilizing MyCase, the firm’s client relationship management system, and ensure that calls, communications, and documents are kept up-to-date and organized. Other administrative tasks will be assigned as needed.
The Legal Receptionist is a friendly and incredibly organized individual with a strong attention to detail, is a self-starter who excels at working independently and as a part of a team, and who can multitask successfully in a fast-paced environment. The Legal Receptionist will have exceptional customer service skills through email, text, and phone calls.
Requirements:
English: Fluent in written and verbal communications
Spanish: Fluent in written and verbal communications
Customer Service experience: 2+ years
Legal/Law Firm experience: Required
Estate Planning experience: Preferred

The Legal Receptionist will work Monday through Friday from 9am EST to 5pm EST. Candidates who cannot work this schedule will not be considered.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
