Position Summary: The App Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the app team’s mission to provide exceptional service to our customers. This position is key in providing vital support for our app Partner programs, along with various other administrative duties. The App Administrator will assist the Director of Mobile Apps in enhancing the Partner Program quality, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance program productivity. Other duties include generating app codes for various other stakeholders and providing those in a timely manner, answering/routing general app support tickets, and monitoring social media. This person must enjoy communicating with external customers and have a customer-first mindset and attitude in all tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Partner Programs, ensuring streamlined processes and accurate documentation.
- Provides administrative support for the department including but not limited to customer and stakeholder support, processing applications, generating app codes, and maintaining proficiency in software utilized by the department.
- Uses key software programs as well as website administrative portals in order to assist customers.
- Maintains warm professionalism and timely/efficient responses in customers interactions.
- Develops and maintains app support-related work instructions.
- Assists management with special projects as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

- Highly motivated when working independently and as part of a team.
- General knowledge of PRC-Saltillo products and services.
- Strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in business related field is required. An individual with an equivalent combination of related education/work experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer experience is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in clerical/administrative roles is preferred.
