Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Assist with event planning by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and communicating with attendees.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall office efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning or executive support is a plus but not mandatory.
