What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
- Manage complex executive schedules and prioritize deliverables to enhance productivity
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas and summarizing minutes
- Draft executive communications and prepare reports and presentations for review
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and collaborate with stakeholders for improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate degree or equivalent in college education and experience
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant experience, particularly with senior executives
- Advanced writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
