Plumber Brother is seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide top-notch administrative support. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for our plumbing services
- Assist with data entry and maintain client records accurately
- Prepare and send out customer invoices and follow up on payments
- Conduct research to support business initiatives and projects
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and social media content
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Experience with customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or invoicing processes
