Role: Executive Assistant
Duties:
- Support office workflow and logistics across PHO
- Support the front office of customer administration and coordination of internal and external meetings and events
- Schedule meetings and provide logistical support for biotech/medical research-like business and personnel
- **Candidate must be willing to support PST time zone
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting executive teams in scheduling and logistics
- Experience working or supporting the government agencies
- Knowledge of USG and research-specific approval and routing processes for personnel and administrative workflows
- Experience coordinating biotech/research-like program development processes and required scheduling/paperwork
- Ability to organize the internal team and support external public events (conferences, announcements, etc.) including logistics, scheduling and coordination with other organizers
- Experience in written communication that facilitates polite and effective communications with other high-level stakeholders both in government and in the private sector
- Ability to work well with other support staff in the front office and across the agency
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Min degree: High School diploma
