We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
