Bumble is seeking a User Acquisition Media Buyer to join the team for a contract of 5-6 months. In this role, you will be responsible in planning, purchasing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across our diverse portfolio of apps. The UA team at Bumble Inc is responsible for the paid acquisition efforts for all of our apps globally. We are a kind, talented and international team that focuses on driving users and revenue growth by innovating with creative and analytical thinking.
We are looking for a someone to support media buying (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Google ACi, ASA and Programmatic) for Bumble Inc’s portfolio of apps across different markets with a focus on user acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
The right candidate should be someone with extensive experience in media buying across all channels for app first companies.
What you'll be doing- Be responsible for planning, buying, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels for different apps under the Bumble Inc portfolio
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns across multiple channels and geos, optimizing campaign and creative performance to meet KPIs
- Launch new creatives and optimise creative mix based on performance by channel and geo
- Support the launch and expansion of user acquisition in new, exploratory markets and channels using competitive and market intelligence
- Be responsible for producing reports and presentations, including daily pacing and tracking against plan and providing insightful commentary and recommendations
- Propose and implement test strategies to unlock further growth for all of the apps
About you- 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing and/or mobile user acquisition
- You have hands-on experience managing mobile app campaigns on Tiktok, Meta, Google ACi and programmatic
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- You have experience leveraging acquisition channels to drive revenue/user acquisition growth
- You have experience working within a distributed team across different geographies
- You have direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions, with exposure to data visualization and BI tools
Base Compensation Range: $63,000 - $90,000/annual. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location.
