SCM is looking to hire an Executive Assistant that will provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and Supervisory Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and booking travel arrangements, as well, as expense reports.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other business documents.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the COO and Supervisory Team.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Experience with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite Applications, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet and more.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the Automotive or Banking sectors.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
- Project management experience.
