Job Description
We are looking for a team-oriented Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to provide administrative support to the F-16 and F-22 Chief Engineer Directors within LM Aeronautics. This position requires a detail oriented Administrative Assistant that will perform a wide range of administrative functions, including integrating with other administrative assistants across the program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing outlook calendars and e-mail accounts; effectively coordinating both International and Domestic travel arrangements and processing expense reports; assisting in preparation of briefing materials, including Power Point presentations; setup and support of a variety of meetings; and other standard administrative duties. Ability to work independently in preparing correspondence, letters, and reports and provide administrative review of documents. Will interface with executive management at company, program and customer levels, as well as with a variety of internal/external customers. Successful candidates will have a thorough working knowledge of Outlook, BCD Travel, Concur and other Microsoft tools, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $49,100 - $94,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
