Role Purpose
Lead Explora’s global performance marketing function, owning paid acquisition, lower-funnel conversion, and the website as the primary conversion engine. This role is responsible for translating brand demand into measurable bookings, driving ROAS, and continuously improving how Explora attracts, converts, and retains qualified prospects.
The role oversees paid media strategy, retargeting, conversion optimization, landing pages, website content and development, paid creative testing, and the analytics function that informs every decision. It works closely with IT to ensure the digital stack is fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead Explora's global paid media strategy across search, social, display, and emerging channels.
Own end-to-end execution across Meta, Google, and other priority paid channels, from setup through optimization.
Design and run lower-funnel acquisition and retargeting programs to convert qualified intent into bookings.
Own ROAS as the primary performance metric and continuously improve cost-per-booking across channels.
Manage the website end-to-end, including content strategy, development roadmap, and ongoing optimization for conversion and SEO.
Lead paid creative strategy, briefing, and A/B testing in partnership with the Brand team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, and IT to ensure performance is embedded in every initiative.
Own the analytics function and measurement framework, including attribution and cross-channel measurement.
Requirements and Competencies
University degree.
10+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital marketing, ideally in luxury, hospitality, travel, or DTC.
Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROAS improvement.
Deep expertise in Meta, Google, and the broader paid media landscape, including measurement and attribution.
Strong working knowledge of web development, CMS, analytics tooling, CRO methodology, and applied AI for marketing (creative generation, audience modeling, automation, and workflow tools).
Demonstrated ability to apply AI to find efficiencies, automate repetitive work, and unlock scale across paid media, creative production, and reporting.
Experience leading website and conversion optimization programs end to end.
Analytical thinking with strong commercial acumen and bias for measurable outcomes.
Leadership of small high-performance teams and ability to influence across functions.
Advanced English proficiency required.
