Full Time | Remote | US-Based Law Firm
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our online presence and generate new client leads across multiple social media platforms.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands how people engage online, and can think outside the box to connect with potential clients and drive conversations that lead to new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage on multiple social media platforms throughout the day
- Create and manage social media profiles and accounts across various platforms
- Identify and participate in relevant online communities and discussions
- Generate interest and engagement that leads to potential client inquiries
- Develop creative outreach strategies to increase visibility and lead generation
- Create and publish content including posts, comments, messages, images, and short-form videos
- Track engagement metrics and report results
- Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Extensive experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Strong understanding of U.S. social media culture and online communities
- Ability to create and manage multiple social media accounts professionally
- Comfortable interacting with people online and initiating conversations
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content
- Experience growing social media accounts organically
- Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus
Compensation
$4-$5/USD
