What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer support.
- Manage policy changes, mortgage changes, and certificates of insurance.
- Assist customers with billing, invoices, and account inquiries.
- Handle quoting and rating by collecting information and running quotes through rating systems.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking professionals with at least 1* year of insurance experience, ideally in independent Home, Auto or commercial Insurance, and a minimum of 1 year of remote work experience*.
You should have:
- Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills at a C1-C2 level.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a commitment to following processes.
- A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
Compensation: Starting pay - You Choose!
- 6.00 to 12.00 US Dollars per hour
- 20 to 40 PEN per hour
Job Type: Full-time. Expected hours: 40 per week. Schedule: 8 hour shift
Location: Remote
Experience:
- Home, Auto or commercial Insurance.
- 1 years of remote work experience.

- If you do not understand basic insurance servicing tasks such as quotes, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates of insurance, billing, or carrier follow-up.
