Goldnest Property Management, a fast-growing leader in the short-term rental industry, is seeking an Online Operations & Procurement Assistant to join our team.
We manage a large portfolio of luxury single-family homes across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Florida. As we continue to grow, we are looking for highly organized individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow with our company.
This role supports the Procurement Department Manager with purchasing operations, reporting, coordination, and back-office management across multiple systems and departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update operational records and systems
- Support purchasing and procurement workflows
- Monitor supplier websites and online marketplaces
- Compare pricing and sourcing options
- Prepare expense reports and purchasing documentation
- Generate invoices and operational reports
- Coordinate information between departments and platforms
- Provide weekend back-office operational support
- Organize data to support operational decisions
- Assist management with daily operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple online systems
- Basic experience with purchasing, operations, inventory, invoices, or reporting is a plus
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and communicate well with management
- Reliable, responsible, and responsive
- Weekend availability required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in operations, procurement, logistics, e-commerce, or administrative support
