About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join a global FinTech project. The role is focused on advanced troubleshooting, AI-assisted operations, and high-level automation to support a complex trading ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools (LLMs such as Claude and Cursor) and MCP to accelerate root-cause analysis and incident resolution;
- Build and maintain Grafana/Datadog dashboards to monitor system health and detect anomalies;
- Develop Python scripts for bulk operations, API retries, and data migrations;
- Investigate technical incidents end-to-end and prepare structured reports for the engineering team;
- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to improve operational stability.
Requirements
- English proficiency at C1 level;
- 2+ years of experience in TechOps or Technical Support within FinTech or high-load environments;
- Strong knowledge of Python and observability tools such as Grafana and Datadog;
- Solid understanding of Networking (HTTP/gRPC), Microservices architecture, and core CS fundamentals (CPU/RAM);
- Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day technical workflows.
