We are seeking a Senior Client Success Project Manager to lead client relationships, oversee digital marketing operations, and drive measurable ROI across paid advertising and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in paid advertising strategy, funnel architecture, marketing automation, and client success within a fast-paced agency environment. This role requires strong operational leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while continuously improving systems and processes as the company scales.
This position also includes management and coordination of a cross-functional team, including:
● Media Buyers
● Graphic Designers
● Video Editors
● Appointment Setters
● CRM Engineer(s)
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for client accounts
● Guide paid advertising strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
● Analyze campaign performance and ensure measurable ROI for clients
● Architect and optimize high-performing paid marketing funnels with proven success
● Oversee follow-up automation systems using: ○ Email marketing ○ SMS marketing ○ AI-assisted automation workflows
● Utilize Go High Level (GHL CRM) for automation, pipeline management, reporting, and communication
● Manage workflows, priorities, and cross-functional team coordination using ClickUp
● Continuously improve SOPs and create scalable business process documentation
● Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
● Collaborate closely with leadership and internal departments to improve delivery and performance
Qualifications Required
● Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital marketing accounts and paid advertising initiatives
● Strong understanding of paid advertising strategy and performance analysis
● Proven experience architecting successful paid marketing funnels
● Experience driving measurable ROI through digital marketing campaigns
● Strong understanding of email, SMS, and AI-assisted follow-up automation systems
● Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Experience managing teams in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats when needed Highly Desirable
● Experience with Go High Level (GHL CRM)
● Experience using ClickUp
● Experience implementing AI-assisted marketing automations
● Advertising platform certifications (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
