As we continue scaling our brand, content, artist partnerships, and product launches, we’re looking for an organized, hands-on Integrated Marketing Coordinator to help power the operational engine behind our marketing team.

The RoleThe Integrated Marketing Coordinator is a hybrid marketing operations and content support role that helps keep key marketing initiatives moving efficiently across influencer campaigns, product launches, content production, artist relations, and live events.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply immersed in guitar culture and music technology.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing communications, social media, artist relations, creative, and product marketing teams to support campaigns that drive engagement, community growth, and customer experience.
What You’ll DoMarketing Operations & Logistics- Coordinate and execute product shipments for influencers, artists, media reviews, giveaways, campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives.
- Manage inventory organization of small storage unit, gear tracking, and storage operations to ensure accurate product availability and fulfillment.
- Prepare, test, update firmware, and quality-check products before shipment to creators, artists, media, and event teams.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, tracking updates, and inventory reporting across marketing programs.
- Support cross-functional launch readiness and marketing execution needs.
Influencer & Artist Support- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for creators, artists, influencers, and media partners.
- Help manage creator communication, timelines, content collection, approvals, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain outreach and sourcing lists for creators, artists, and partnership opportunities.
- Support influencer campaign coordination and content delivery.
Content Production Support- Edit short-form social media video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Assist with organizing video and photo shoots, including scheduling, logistics, gear preparation, and on-site coordination.
- Support content organization, asset management, and internal distribution of creative materials.
- Help optimize content workflows and turnaround times for campaigns and launches.
Community & Customer Experience Support- Moderate and respond to customer reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot and Yotpo while maintaining Positive Grid’s brand voice.
- Support community engagement efforts by monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues when needed.
- Assist with social media engagement and community management during key campaigns, launches, and events.
Events & Brand Activations- Support planning and execution for major events, trade shows, creator sessions, artist activations, and product launches, including NAMM.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, assets, and on-site support for marketing events and productions.
- Help ensure smooth execution of in-person brand experiences.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, creator/influencer marketing, content production, events, marketing operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of guitar culture, music gear, and the musician community.
- Proficiency with short-form video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally with remote teams.
- Ability to regularly support local shoots, events, and storage/inventory needs in Southern California.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with creators, influencers, artists, or music industry partners.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and creator content workflows.
- Experience supporting live events, trade shows, or experiential marketing.
- Basic understanding of AI-powered productivity or creative tools.

- Remote, with preference for candidates located in the San Diego or Los Angeles metro areas
- Some travel and evening/weekend event support may be required
