BJC HealthCare is seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Remote Graphic Designer to support healthcare marketing, patient engagement initiatives, internal communications, and corporate branding projects across digital and print platforms.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who can combine visual storytelling, branding expertise, and healthcare communication strategies to create impactful design solutions. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual assets that align with organizational branding and communication goals.
The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
$87,000 - $115,000 PER ANNUM
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative assets for digital and print campaigns including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, banners, and email marketing materials
- Produce visually compelling healthcare communication materials for patients, employees, and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR, and leadership teams to support strategic campaigns and brand initiatives
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials according to established corporate brand standards
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print vendors and digital distribution channels
- Support internal communication campaigns, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement initiatives
- Edit and retouch graphics, photography, and visual layouts as needed
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Stay informed on current design trends, accessibility standards, and healthcare communication best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, print, and creative design projects
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, nonprofit, or corporate communications environments
- Familiarity with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards for digital design
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising design
- Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Asana, or Trello
