Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role with National foortprint for an Industrial Sales Expert. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves executing sales strategies, consulting with customers to identify their needs, driving revenue generation through effective sales techniques, and cultivating trust within the industrial and regulated sectors. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives will also be key.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and delivering exceptional Customer Experience to maximize satisfaction and build trust.
- Strong expertise in Sales, Retail Sales, and the ability to meet or exceed targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Outstanding Communication abilities to engage with clients, present solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and strong problem-solving skills in business processes.
- Experience in industrial or regulated environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
