About the Role
Our client is looking for a front-end leaning Founding Software Engineer to help build and scale complex data-capturing and processing workflows across web and desktop environments.
This is a high-impact, early engineering role where the engineer will work closely with the founding team, own projects end-to-end, and help define engineering best practices from the ground up. The role offers significant autonomy and direct influence over both product direction and technical architecture.
What You’ll Do

Build and scale complex data workflows across web applications (React, Next.js) and desktop tools (Python)

Design and optimize high-throughput data pipelines operating under heavy load

Collaborate closely with founders to define product strategy and ship features quickly

Own projects end-to-end, from design through production

Establish engineering best practices and support future team growth

What They’re Looking For

Strong experience building production-grade web applications , with a frontend focus

Solid full-stack experience, including backend development with Node.js and/or Python

Experience working with data-intensive systems or high-throughput pipelines

Comfort operating in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments

Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Compensation & Details

Salary: USD $60,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
