The Property Management Doctor (TPMD) is seeking a Leasing Agent & Tenant Relations Coordinator for our South Florida and Tampa Bay teams. We are a boutique firm looking for a reliable, sales-oriented professional to act as the primary contact for prospective and current tenants.
- Manage inbound leasing inquiries and coordinate property showings.
- Oversee the full tenant lifecycle, including screening, onboarding, and renewals.
- Minimum of one year of property management experience required.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in AppFolio and GoHighLevel is highly preferred.

Somos una firma boutique que busca a un profesional organizado y orientado a las ventas para ser el contacto principal de inquilinos actuales y potenciales.
- Gestionar consultas de arrendamiento y coordinar visitas a las propiedades.
- Supervisar el ciclo de vida del inquilino, desde la selección hasta las renovaciones.
- Se requiere un mínimo de un año de experiencia en gestión de propiedades.
- Fluidez total en inglés y español.
- Preferible manejo de AppFolio y GoHighLevel.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: S/.17.00 per hour
