We're looking for a Senior Designer who leads with ideas and sees them through to delivery. You concept, you execute, no handoffs. You'll work across tech, startup, and B2B brands — setting the visual direction and elevating brand presence at every touchpoint. Motion isn't a bonus here; it's core to how you work, and your portfolio proves it.
What You'll Do
- Own creative from first concept through final delivery across brand, digital, social, and campaign
- Set design direction and actively elevate brand identity — disciplined when the work calls for it, bold when it should be
- Lead with motion: social content, video, interactive, and web — brought in with intention, not as an afterthought
- Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and account teams throughout the process
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
What You Bring
- 5–8+ years of agency experience with a portfolio rooted in tech, startup, or B2B brands
- Proven ability to set and elevate brand design — not just maintain standards but shape and advance them
- Strong motion design skills demonstrated through your portfolio: After Effects or equivalent used purposefully across real deliverables
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- A clear point of view on brand — you can articulate why something works and push it further when it doesn't
- Strong communication skills; you can defend and explain the thinking behind every creative decision
Nice to Have
- Experience with luxury or consumer lifestyle brands alongside your B2B/tech work
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based thinking
30–40 hours per week contract role with the option to convert to full time
