- The starting salary for this position is $275 USD per week, paid weekly. There are additional opportunities to participate in on-call rotation to earn more money.

Interim HealthCare is a healthcare agency in South Plainfield, New Jersey providing in-home healthcare and staffing solutions to organizations. We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiting & Customer Service Coordinator to help us build and support a great caregiver team while delivering excellent service to our clients.
This is a front-line operations role that combines recruiting, scheduling, and caregiver support. You’ll play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day.
What You’ll Do
Scheduling & Customer Service
- Maintain caregiver schedules
- Coordinate schedule changes with caregivers, patients, and families
- Quickly resolve call-offs and last-minute schedule changes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and caregivers
Caregiver Relations & HR Support
- Answer calls and provide information to potential new caregivers that call the office looking to work with us
- Maintain strong relationships with caregivers through regular check-ins
- Understand caregiver availability, preferences, and needs
- Track certifications, background checks, and training requirements
- Ensure required trainings and documents are always up to date
On-Call Coverage
- Our office hours are 6am to 3pm Eastern US time (New York time)
- We are a 24/7 business, so we need someone who can participate in a rotating on-call schedule to help handle urgent scheduling needs.
