The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven track record in franchise sales to lead and accelerate our expansion.
This is not a passive, inbound-only role. You’ll play a critical role in driving outbound deal flow, managing the full sales lifecycle, and converting high-value franchise opportunities across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end franchise sales: from lead generation through to deal close
- Proactively source and qualify new franchise partners globally
- Manage and convert inbound interest with speed and precision
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting discipline
- Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategy
- Represent Fitura Brands with professionalism, energy, and commercial clarity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in franchise sales (non-negotiable)
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals
- Experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-driven with a hunter mentality and ownership mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
