FP&A Manager Remote (East Coast Required)
A well-funded, PE-backed technology company is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a lean, high-performing finance team. The company serves professionals in highly regulated industries through a suite of software and services and is growing organically with strong momentum. This is a stable, established business with a clear growth path and a finance team that has earned a strong reputation internally.
This is a true seat at the table. You will own the company model, drive the budgeting and forecasting process, and present monthly results directly to the CFO, CTO, and other senior leaders. The team is fast-moving and the work is meaningful. This is not a support role.
What You Will Own:
- Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the full P&L
- Expense management, headcount planning, capacity planning, and contractor cost management
- Business cases, ROI analysis, and add-back modeling
- Direct partnership with functional leaders across the business
- A small slice of revenue modeling
What We Are Looking For:
- Five+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS or recurring revenue industry background required
- Understanding of revenue, with subscription and usage-based models
- High proficiency in Excel including complex models, large data sets, pivot tables, lookups, and SUMIF formulas
- Prior experience presenting to or partnering directly with VP and C-suite leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- NetSuite or Salesforce experience is preferred
What Makes Someone Successful Here:
- You operate with urgency and produce executive-ready output
- You push through the peaks and valleys of quarterly cycles without losing quality
- You are curious, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy getting into the weeds of a complex model
- You want to learn, add value quickly, and be part of something growing
