We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative & Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support client onboarding, communication, and daily task management. If you are detail-oriented, a self-starter, and take pride in completing tasks without constant follow-up, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Follow up with clients via email, text, or phone to collect required information
- Schedule meetings and ensure client attendance
- Communicate between clients, sales team, and tax manager
- Complete and track tasks in Karbon (or similar tools)
- Perform basic updates in Go High Level (no advanced technical skills required)
- Upload and organize client files in internal systems
- Maintain and update Google Sheets / Excel (basic functions and data checks)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in administrative support or customer service
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
- Experience with CRM tools (Go High Level is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
