Young, successful educational advisory firm is looking to bring in a Finance Manager/Controller with 5+ years of professional services industry exp . . . ideally mix of finance and accounting with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Position will report to the COO and CEO and be involved in the following:
-Support monthly financial reporting to senior leadership
-Manage and report on cash flow and working capital
-Prepare and manage quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts and long term plans
-Perform financial analyses as needed to support decision making, identify solutions to business questions, identify trends and evaluate opportunities
-Track and report on monthly KPI's highlighting trends, action items, opportunities for improvement, etc.
