Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a CEO with operations, event coordination, and follow-through. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone with prior professional experience who is looking to re-engage in meaningful work with autonomy.
This role is execution-focused and requires someone who can take ownership of tasks, stay organized, and ensure things get done.

What You’ll Do
Inbox & Issue Management (AI-Assisted)
* Review AI-filtered inbox daily (tools like Fyxer)
* Identify items requiring action and ensure they are handled
* Respond to logistical requests (availability, scheduling, coordination)
* Route or delegate items to appropriate team members
* Track important threads to ensure follow-through
* Escalate higher-level or sensitive issues when needed

* Review AI-generated meeting notes and extract action items
* Organize and track CEO to-dos and priorities
* Ensure tasks are completed through consistent follow-up
* Maintain visibility on outstanding items and deadlines

Event & Peer Group Coordination (Primary Focus)
* Plan and coordinate peer group events and activities
* Manage hotel room blocks and event logistics
* Coordinate schedules, attendee communication, and details
* Handle peer group billing and related administrative tasks
* Ensure events are well-organized and executed smoothly
