Digital Marketing Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a digital marketing coordinator with 2+ or more years of experience for a 4 month contract opportunity for our nonprofit client based in Washington DC. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute email and social media campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or Pardot, including creating, testing, and scheduling content.
- Write and refine copy for email and social media, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice.
- Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms such as Sitefinity, WordPress, or similar tools.
- Track and report on email and campaign performance, using analytics to provide clear visibility into results.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining organized documentation and status updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- Working knowledge of website/CMS editing tools (e.g., Sitefinity, WordPress)
- Experience writing copy for email marketing and social media.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
Employment Type: 4 month contract
Compensation: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
