Robert Half’s Marketing & Creative team is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator for a 6+ month contract opportunity supporting a highly regulated organization. This is a fully remote role; candidates must be able to work eastern (ET) hours. This role will focus on coordinating marketing projects, managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and supporting compliance‑driven content development across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing timelines and approvals in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross‑channel marketing projects by managing timelines, workflows, deliverables, and approvals during high‑volume periods
- Serve as a central point of coordination for marketing requests, ensuring accurate intake, prioritization, and tracking
- Manage asset reviews and approval processes
- Support the development and production of marketing content
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams
- Ensure all materials align with brand and compliance standards
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related
- 2+ years of experience coordinating marketing or creative projects, ideally in an in‑house or agency environment
- Experience working within a highly regulated marketing environment preferred
- Proficiency with project management/workflow tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Clear, professional communication skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Prior healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences experience is a plus
