Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning across operating entities
- Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, integration, and performance tracking
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to executive leadership and investors
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial and operational analysis
- Partner closely with operations to improve unit economics and profitability
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee all accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and intercompany activity
- Lead month‑end and year‑end close with a hands‑on, accuracy‑driven approach
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial discipline as the company scales
- Coordinate with external accountants and advisors as needed
- Own and optimize the QuickBooks environment, reporting, and system integrations
M&A Support
- Provide financial diligence support for acquisitions
- Lead financial integration efforts post‑close
- Track performance of acquired entities against investment models
Human Resources Oversight
- Oversee core HR operations including onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Serve as the primary internal partner to external HR consultants
- Support compensation design, workforce planning, and organizational scaling
- Ensure compliance across all operating jurisdictions
- Help integrate teams and culture across acquired businesses
People Leadership
- Manage and develop an initial team of finance and HR professionals
- Build scalable team structure aligned with acquisition activity
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data‑driven execution
Systems & Analytics
- Own payroll and HR administration through ADP
- Lead finance processes and reporting through QuickBooks
- Leverage data analytics to surface insights across finance and operations
- Identify technology and process improvements to support scale

Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior or leadership responsibility
- Experience owning both Finance and HR functions in a multi‑entity environment
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting background
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and ADP
- Proven ability to manage and develop direct reports
- Strong communication skills with executive‑level stakeholders
- High integrity, attention to detail, and organizational discipline
