Role Description
If you have a passion for health and wellness, this may be for you! This is a full-time role. It can be hybrid or remote, depending on the candidate. The company is currently based in Chattanooga, TN. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing regenerative health and wellness brand to help lead our marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition/retention, and generating demand to support revenue growth for both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) partnerships.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies, manage the budget, oversee campaigns, and analyze performance data to optimize ROI. This role reports to the CMO and will also help build out the marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media efforts, creating compelling marketing content, analyzing marketing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence. The role also involves budget management, market research, and identifying trends to optimize marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans (digital, email, events, social) aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, from conception to implementation, ensuring brand consistency.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, identify target audiences, and monitor competitor activity.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads to support the sales department by identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Content & Creative: Oversee content marketing efforts, including website, social media, and promotional materials. Partner with external agencies as needed
- Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Experience with marketing automation software, CRM tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TripleWhale, SEMRush)
- Leadership: Help build and direct the daily activities of the marketing team. Help lead communications with external agencies.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a DTC e-commerce marketing role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Proven background in brand marketing execution, asset development, and marketing production.

Technical Skills
- Tech savvy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Docs, Canva, PowerPoint and Adobe is a plus. Deep understanding of social media and email platforms (Klaviyo)
- Knowledgeable about asset management, workflow platforms, and AI applications
Brand Standards and Asset Management
- Support multi-channel campaigns that are aligned with brand objectives and activation priorities.
- Develop B2B content that showcases the company’s expertise: product stories, sales decks, sales collateral, etc.
- Create and deploy D2C marketing assets across website, email, ads, and social media.
- Help enforce corporate brand standards and ensure marketing materials remain current and compliant.
- Support digital library organization of approved assets, templates, and brand resources.
Marketing Execution & Production
- Coordinate the execution of marketing materials such as sales collateral, product storytelling decks, presentations, and digital assets.
- Maintain marketing calendars in alignment with campaign timelines, cultural moments, or seasonal factors.
- Support the marketing team and agencies by briefing/routing creative work for timely completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with channel, sales, product, and leadership teams to brief, gather inputs, and ensure brand materials meet business needs.
- Support agency relationships through asset delivery and content calendar alignment and execution.
