Robert Half’s marketing & creative is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 7‑month contract opportunity in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 35 – 40 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. The Marketing Coordinator will support ongoing marketing initiatives, sales enablement efforts, and the development of compliant, customer‑facing content for a highly regulated organization. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented marketer who can balance accuracy, collaboration, and light creative execution in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross‑channel marketing initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals during high‑volume work periods
- Coordinate marketing requests, workflows, and asset reviews
- Develop, edit, and maintain regulated marketing content
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create and update materials that support client‑facing teams
- Assist with the creation, coordination, and trafficking of digital and creative assets
- Ensure all materials meet compliance requirements, regulatory standards, and internal brand guidelines
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, compliance, sales, and project management teams
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related
- 2+ years of in-house or agency experience working within a highly regulated marketing environment
- Experience using project management tools (Workfront, Asana, etc.)
- Proofreading skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Prior healthcare, pharma, or biotech industry experience a plus
