Sales Admin / Customer Service – Kroger
Our client, a leading confections broker, is seeking a Sales Admin / Customer Service professional in the Cincinnati market to support its Kroger business. This person will work closely with the Director of Sales and play a key role in keeping day-to-day account support running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Kroger sales lead with day-to-day admin and customer service needs
- Process purchase orders and help resolve issues related to late trucks
- Manage item setup, maintenance, and other retailer system updates
- Handle back-end sales support work tied to Kroger account management
- Help ensure smooth communication and execution across the account
What they’re looking for:
- Prior admin or customer service experience supporting a broker on the Kroger account
- Strong understanding of Kroger back-end systems and processes
- Experience with PO processing, item setup, maintenance, and related support work
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
